The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

By the (steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 sparks of fire striking, 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 And therein raising dust. 4 dividing the gathering. 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 Surely, he is ardent in his love of wealth. 8 ۞ Knoweth he not - when that which is in the graves shall be ransacked? 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 indeed, on that Day their Lord will be aware of them! 11
