The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting courses, 1 And the producers of sparks [when] striking 2 by the dawn-raiders 3 Then thereby raise dust, 4 Penetrating forthwith as one into the midst (of the foe); 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 And is intractable in his love of worldly goods. 8 ۞ Does he not know,- when that which is in the graves is scattered abroad 9 And the hearts' contents shall be brought into the open? 10 Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
