The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful
By the snorting runners (the horses), 1 striking sparks of fire with their hooves, 2 And push home the charge in the morning, 3 Raising clouds of dust, 4 thereby storming [blindly] into any host! 5 surely, man is ungrateful to his Lord. 6 and he himself is a witness to that, 7 and surely he loves riches with a passionate loving. 8 ۞ Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? 9 And the secrets of the hearts exposed, 10 Verily their Lord on that Day will be of them Aware. 11
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
