The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the snorting, panting horses, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 and raising clouds of dust, 4 and penetrate deep into a host. 5 Indeed man is very ungrateful towards his Lord. 6 And verily to that he is witness. 7 for, verily, to the love of wealth is he most ardently devoted. 8 ۞ Does he not know that when that which is in the graves is overthrown, 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
