The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the snorting chargers, 1 by the strikers of fire, 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 Stirring up thereby [clouds of] dust, 4 which engulfs the enemy. 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 To this he himself shall bear witness. 7 And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not then know when what is in the graves is raised, 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 Surely, on that Day, they will know that their Lord had full knowledge of them all. 11

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
