The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

By the (Steeds) that run, with panting (breath), 1 striking sparks of fire with their hooves, 2 And raiding at dawn 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 Then rush thereby upon an assembly: 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 And is himself witness to it, 7 Surely he is passionate in his love for good things. 8 ۞ So does he not know? When those in the graves are raised, 9 And the secrets of the breasts are made known, 10 On that day their Lord surely knows all about them! 11

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
