Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
OH, the sudden calamity! 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 And what can make you know what is the Striking Calamity? 3 A day wherein mankind will be as thickly-scattered moths 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 shall live in a life which is pleasing, 7 whereas he whose weight is light in the balance 8 his shall be the deep pit for a dwelling. 9 What shall let you know what the Plunging is? 10 A flaming fire! 11
