The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Clatterer! 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 How will you comprehend what the startling calamity is? -- 3 It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, 4 and the mountains shall be like fluffs of carded wool in varying colours. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 He shall live a pleasant life. 7 But as for him whose balance (of good deeds) will be light, 8 Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit. 9 And what shall teach thee what is the Pit? 10 Raging Fire. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
