The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

The Striking! 1 What is the Clatterer. 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 The day that men shall be like scattered moths, 4 and the mount-ains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 He will live a pleasant life (in Paradise). 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 shall be engulfed by an abyss. 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 It is a burning Fire. 11
