In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
The Calamity! 1 What is the event that terrifies the hearts? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths, 4 And the mountains will become as carded wool. 5 Then as for him whose balances are heavy, 6 Will have a tranquil life; 7 But as for him whose scales are light, 8 He will have his home in Hawiyah (pit, i.e. Hell). 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 It is a Fire, intensely hot. 11
God the Almighty always says the truth.
