The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the (Day) of Noise and Clamour? 2 Would that you knew what the Clatterer is! 3 The day when men will be like scattered moths. 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then he whose deeds weigh heavy in the Balance 6 He is therefore in the desired bliss. 7 But as for him whose deeds are light on the scales, 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 A burning fire. 11
