The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

THE STARTLING CALAMITY. 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 Would that you knew what the crash is! 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 And the mountains will be like carded wool, 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 He will live a pleasant life. 7 But as for one whose scales are light, 8 His dwelling shall be the Abyss. 9 Ah, what will convey unto thee what she is! - 10 A Blazing Fire! 11
