The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)
In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
The Clatterer (the Day of Judgement)! 1 What is the Clatterer? 2 And what have you understood, what the event that terrifies the hearts is! 3 On that Day people shall become like scattered moths 4 And mountains will be like flying wool. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 shall find himself in a happy state of life; 7 But he whose deeds are lighter in the balance 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 What shall let you know what the Plunging is? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11
