The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

The (Day) of Noise and Clamour: 1 How awesome the sudden calamity! 2 And what will make you comprehend what the terrible calamity is? 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 And the mountains shall be as loosened wool. 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 shall inherit a pleasing life, 7 but he whose weight is light in the Scale, 8 the Abyss shall be his home. 9 How will you comprehend what that is? 10 A flaming fire! 11
