In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
The Clatterer (the Day of Judgement)! 1 What is the Striking Calamity? 2 Ah, what will convey unto thee what the Calamity is! 3 It is a Day whereon mankind will be like moths scattered about, 4 and the mountains like tufts of carded wool. 5 Then he whose deeds shall weigh heavier in the scale 6 He shall be in a life well-pleasing. 7 whereas he whose weight is light in the balance 8 Will have his home in a (bottomless) Pit. 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 It is the scorching fire. 11
