The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

The terrible calamity! 1 What is the Clatterer. 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 It is the Day when people will be like moths, dispersed, 4 and the mountains shall be like plucked wool-tufts. 5 Then as for him whose measure of good deeds is heavy, 6 He is therefore in the desired bliss. 7 but he whose weight is light in the Scale, 8 A bereft and Hungry One will be his mother, 9 And what have you understood, what the one that abases is! 10 A fire hotly burning! 11
