The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Al-Qari'ah (the striking Hour i.e. the Day of Resurrection), 1 What is the Striking? 2 Would that you knew what the crash is! 3 A Day on which human beings would be like so many scattered moths, 4 and the mountains will be like fluffy tufts of wool.... 5 Then, as for him whose scales are heavy (with good works), 6 Will be in a life of good pleasure and satisfaction. 7 but those whose good deeds will be lighter (on the scale). 8 His abode shall be the abyss. 9 And what could make thee conceive what that [abyss] will be? 10 (It is) a Fire which is extremely hot. 11
