Hoarding (Al-Takaathur)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Abundance diverts you, 1 Until you visit the graveyards. 2 You shall know. 3 You shall cetainly know (about the consequences of your deeds). 4 No! If you only knew with knowledge of certainty... 5 For ye will behold hell-fire. 6 Then ye shall surely behold with the surety of vision. 7 Then, on that day, you will be questioned about the bounties (of God). 8

True are the words of God the Almighty.
End of Surah: Hoarding (Al-Takaathur). Sent down in Mecca after Bounty (Al-Kawthar) before Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
