The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Woe to every slanderer and backbiter. 1 who collects and hordes wealth, 2 Thinking that his wealth would make him last for ever! 3 No! He will surely be thrown into the Crusher. 4 And what will make you know what the crushing Fire is? 5 It is the fire kindled by Allah, 6 The which doth mount (Right) to the Hearts: 7 it closes in on them from every side 8 in columns outstretched. 9
