The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Ruin is for every open slanderer, backbiter. 1 Who hath gathered wealth (of this world) and arranged it. 2 thinking that his wealth will make him live forever! 3 On the contrary! He shall be flung to the Crusher. 4 What shall let you know what the Crusher is? 5 It is the fire kindled by Allah, 6 Which mounts directed at the hearts. 7 it closes in on them from every side 8 in towering columns. 9

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
