The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
Hast thou not seen how thy Lord did with the Men of the Elephant? 1 Did He not cause their evil plots to fail 2 and send against them flocks of birds, 3 which smote them with stones of baked clay, 4 and made them like straw eaten up (by cattle). 5
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
