The Elephant (Al-Feel)
5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
O dear Prophet (Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), did you not see how did your Lord deal with the People of the Elephant? 1 Did He not make their guile to go astray? 2 And He sent against them Flights of Birds, 3 Striking them with stones of baked clay. 4 And made them like green crops devoured (by cattle)? 5
God the Almighty always says the truth.
