7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate

HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 who become confused during their prayers, 5 Who do (good) to be seen, 6 and refuse charity. 7
