Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful

Have you seen one who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 So woe to those that pray 4 who are heedless of their prayers (delaying them from their prescribed times), 5 who show off, 6 And refuse Al-Ma'un (small kindnesses e.g. salt, sugar, water, etc.). 7

Almighty God's Truth.
