Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 and never encourages the feeding of the destitute. 3 So woe to those that pray 4 Who delay their Salat (prayer) from their stated fixed times, 5 Who would be seen (at worship) 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7

True are the words of God the Almighty.
