Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 It is he who pushes the orphan away, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the poor, 3 So woe to those who pray 4 and are heedless of their prayers, 5 those who want only to be seen and praised, 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
