Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

HAST THOU ever considered [the kind of man] who gives the lie to all moral law? 1 For that is the one who drives away the orphan 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 So ruin is to those offerers of prayer – 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 Who would be seen (at worship) 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7

Almighty Allah's Truth.
