Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 Woe, then, unto those praying ones 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 Those who do things only to be seen by others. 6 and prevent the utensils of assistance. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
