Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 So it is he, who pushes away the orphan, 2 And urges not the feeding of AlMiskin (the poor), 3 So woe unto those performers of Salat (prayers) (hypocrites), 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 Yet refuse small kindnesses! 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
