Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

HAVE YOU SEEN him who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 It is he who pushes the orphan away, 2 And does not urge (others) to feed the poor. 3 So woe to those who pray 4 Who are unmindful of their prayers, 5 those who do good (in order) to be seen, 6 But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
