Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 Behold, it is this [kind of man] that thrusts the orphan away, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 Woe to those who pray 4 Who are unmindful of their prayers, 5 They who would be seen, 6 and, withal, deny all assistance [to their fellow-men]! 7

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
