Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Have you considered him who calls the judgment a lie? 1 That is he who repulses the orphan (harshly), 2 And encourages not the feeding of the indigent. 3 Woe to the worshippers 4 Who are unmindful of their prayers, 5 who show off (his good deeds) 6 And do not let others ask for small utilities. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
