Charity (Al-Maa'oon)
7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
Beholdest thou him who belieth the Requital? 1 Then such is the (man) who repulses the orphan (with harshness), 2 And does not urge (others) to feed the poor. 3 Woe to those who pray 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 to those who make display 6 But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. 7
God the Almighty always says the truth.
