Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

Hast thou observed him who belieth religion? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 and feels no urge to feed the needy. 3 Ah, woe unto worshippers 4 whose hearts from their prayer are remote 5 Who do (good) to be seen, 6 And who withholds even common necessaries. 7

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
