Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Have you seen one who denies the Day of Judgement? 1 That is the one who treats the orphan with harshness, 2 and who does not urge the feeding of the poor? 3 So woe to the praying ones, 4 Those who are neglectful of their prayer. 5 Those who make show [of their deeds] 6 And withhold the necessaries of life. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
