In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
Destroyed were the hands of Abu Lahab, and he lay utterly doomed. 1 His wealth and gains will not exempt him. 2 He will suffer in a blazing fire 3 along with his wife, that carrier of slanderous tales; 4 [who bears] around her neck a rope of twisted strands! 5
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
