Thorns (Al-Masad)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Perish the two hands of Abu Lahab (an uncle of the Prophet), and perish he! 1 His wealth and what he earns will not avail him. 2 Anon he shall roast into Fire having flame. 3 And so will his wife; carrying a bundle of firewood on her head. 4 Will have upon her neck a halter of palm-fibre. 5
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
