Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Elephant (Al-Feel) before People (Al-Naas)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

Say: I seek refuge in the Lord of the dawn, 1 From the evil of what He has created, 2 from the evil of night's darkness when it spreads around; 3 From the mischief of those who practise secret arts; 4 And from the evil of the envier when he envieth. 5

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
