People (Al-Naas)

6 verses, revealed in Mecca after Daybreak (Al-Falaq) before Absoluteness (Al-Ikhlaas)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of people, 1 The King (or Ruler) of Mankind, 2 The God of mankind, 3 from the mischief of the whispering, elusive prompter who returns again and again, 4 who whispers in the chests of people, 5 from jinn and men." 6

God Almighty has spoken the truth.
