Al-Baqarah 5 of 40
O Children of Israel! Remember My favour wherewith I favoured you, and fulfil your (part of the) covenant, I shall fulfil My (part of the) covenant, and fear Me. 40 And believe in what I have sent down confirming what is with you, and do not be the first to disbelieve it. Do not sell My verses for a little price and fear Me. 41 Do not confound truth with falsehood, nor knowingly hide the truth while you know. 42 And keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate and bow down with those who bow down. 43 ۞ Will you enjoin good deeds on the others and forget your own selves? You also read the Scriptures, why do you then not understand? 44 Seek help in patience and prayer; and truly it is hard save for the humble-minded, 45 Who know that they will have to meet their Lord, and that unto Him they are returning. 46
