Al-Baqarah 5 of 40

O Children of Israel! Remember My favour wherewith I favoured you, and fulfil your (part of the) covenant, I shall fulfil My (part of the) covenant, and fear Me. 40 And believe in what I have sent down (this Quran), confirming that which is with you, [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)], and be not the first to disbelieve therein, and buy not with My Verses [the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel)] a small price (i.e. getting a small gain by selling My Verses), and fear Me and Me Alone. (Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. I, Page 253). 41 Do not mix truth with falsehood, or hide the truth when you know it. 42 Establish your prayers, pay the obligatory charity, and bow with those who bow. 43 ۞ Do you admonish others to do good and forget this yourselves? Yet you read the Book. Will you not then understand? 44 Seek you help in patience and prayer, for grievous it is, save to the humble 45 who reckon that they will meet their Lord and that to Him they will return. 46
