Al-Nesaa 16 of 24
Surely We have revealed the Book to you with the truth that you may judge between people by means of that which Allah has taught you; and be not an advocate on behalf of the treacherous. 105 And ask the forgiveness of Allah, surely Allah is the Forgiver, the Most Merciful. 106 Do not plead for those who are dishonest to themselves; Allah does not love him who betrays trust and persists in sin. 107 They hide themselves from men, but hide not themselves from God; for He is with them while they meditate at night discourse unpleasing to Him; God encompasses the things they do. 108 You might argue on their behalf in the life of this world: but who will argue on their behalf with God on the Day of Resurrection and who will be their defender? 109 One who commits a sin or does wrong to himself and then seeks forgiveness from God, will find God All-forgiving and All-merciful. 110 And whoever earns sin, he earns it only against himself. And Allah is Ever All-Knowing, All-Wise. 111 But if any one earns a fault or a sin and throws it on to one that is innocent, He carries (on himself) (Both) a falsehood and a flagrant sin. 112
