Surely, We have sent down to you (O Muhammad SAW) the Book (this Quran) in truth that you might judge between men by that which Allah has shown you (i.e. has taught you through Divine Inspiration), so be not a pleader for the treacherous. 105 And seek forgiveness of Allah. Indeed, Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful. 106 Do not argue for those who harbour deceit in their hearts, for God does not love the treacherous and the iniquitous. 107 They seek to hide from men and seek not to hide from Allah. He is with them when by night they hold discourse displeasing unto Him. Allah ever surroundeth what they do. 108 Lo! You are those who have argued for them in the life of this world, but who will argue for them on the Day of Resurrection against Allah, or who will then be their defender? 109 And whoever does evil or acts unjustly to his soul, then asks forgiveness of Allah, he shall find Allah Forgiving, Merciful. 110 He who commits sin does so against his own soul. God is all knowing and wise. 111 But whoever earns an offense or a sin and then blames it on an innocent [person] has taken upon himself a slander and manifest sin. 112

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
