And the disbelievers said, “Do not listen to this Qur’an and engulf it in noise – perhaps you may be victorious this way.” 26 Therefore, We will most certainly make those who are bent on denying the truth taste a severe punishment and We will most certainly requite them according to the worst of their deeds, 27 that is the reward of the enemies of God, the Fire will be their everlasting home, a reward for their rejection of Our revelations. 28 The unbelievers will say: 'Lord, show us the jinn and people who led us astray, to put them under our feet so that they are among the lowest' 29 Surely the angels will come down to those who say, 'Our Lord is God' and then remain steadfast, saying: "You should have neither fear nor regret, but rejoice in the happy news of Paradise that has been promised you. 30 We are your friends in the present life and in the world to come; therein you shall have all that your souls desire, all that you call for, 31 A provision from the Forgiving, the Merciful. 32
