Overwhelming (Al-Ghaasheyah)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Have you heard the story of the overwhelming event (the Day of Judgment)? 1 Some faces that Day shall be downcast with fear, 2 labouring, weary, 3 Burning in the scorching fire, 4 The while they are given, to drink, of a boiling hot spring, 5 No food will there be for them but a bitter Dhari' 6 which will neither nourish nor satisfy hunger. 7 Some faces on that Day will be radiant, 8 well pleased with their striving, 9 In the high empyrean, 10 wherein they will not hear any vain talk. 11 Therein will be a flowing spring, 12 therein uplifted couches 13 And chosen goblets. 14 And cushions set in rows, 15 And silken carpets spread. 16 Will they not regard the camels, how they are created? 17 And at the heaven, how it is raised? 18 and on the mountains, how they are firmly set up, 19 And the earth, how it is spread? 20 So render good counsel, for you are simply required to counsel, 21 You are not a watcher over them; 22 But whosoever will turn back and disbelieve 23 Allah will chastise him with the greatest chastisement. 24 Certainly, it is to Us that they will return. 25 And Ours their reckoning. 26
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
