▼ 79 The Snatchers
Al-Naze'aat 2 of 2
[O Men!] Are you more difficult to create than the heaven which He has built, 27 Raised it high, proportioned it, 28 and making its night dark and bringing forth its morning light, 29 And after that, the earth: wide has He spread its expanse, 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 then set-up firmly the mountains. 32 As provision for you and your grazing livestock. 33 When the great over-whelming event arrives, 34 The Day when man shall remember (all) that he strove for, 35 Hell fire will become visible for those who would see it. 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 And chose the life of the world, 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 But as for him who feared to stand before his Lord and restrained his soul from lust, 40 Lo! the Garden will be his home. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 What art thou about, to mention it? 43 Its final end is for your Lord. 44 You are only a warner to him who has a fear of it. 45 On the Day they see it, they will feel as though they had stayed (in the grave) no more than one evening or one morning. 46

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
