Hizb 38
< random >
The people of Noah rejected the Messengerss. 105 when Noah, their brother, said to them: 'Will you not be cautious? 106 I am a trustworthy Messenger to you; 107 fear God, and obey me. 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it: my reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds: 109 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 He said, 'What knowledge have I of that they have been doing? 112 "Their account is only with my Lord, if you could (but) know. 113 I am certainly not one to drive away the believers. 114 'I am naught but a plain warner.' 115 They said: If thou cease not, O Noah, thou wilt surely be among those stoned (to death). 116 He said: My Lord! Surely my people give me the lie! 117 So decide Thou between me and them with a decision, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We saved him and those with him in a laden ship. 119 Then We drowned the rest (disbelievers) thereafter. 120 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 121 Your Lord is Majestic and All-merciful. 122
