Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful

Have you seen him who denies the Recompense? 1 That is he who repelleth the orphan, 2 and urges not the feeding of the needy. 3 Woe, then, to those who pray, 4 As are of their prayer careless. 5 to those who make display 6 But refuse (to supply) (even) neighbourly needs. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
