Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
By the (Winds) sent forth one after another (to man's profit); 1 Have We not made the earth a repository 2 and by the scatterers scattering (rain) 3 Then separate them one from another, 4 And by the angels that bring the revelations to the Messengers, 5 excusing or warning, 6 that which you have been promised shall be fulfilled. 7 So when the stars are made to lose their light, 8 Heavens will rent asunder. 9 And when the mountains are carried away as dust, 10 The Messengers will receive their appointments. 11 For what Day was it postponed? 12 For the Day of Sorting out. 13 Would that you knew about the Day of Judgment! 14 Woe on that day unto the beliers 15 Did We not destroy the earlier people? 16 Then We will follow them with the later ones. 17 Even thus shall We deal with the guilty. 18 Woe on that Day to those who reject the truth! 19 Did We not create you from a worthless water (semen, etc.)? 20 Which We placed in a depository safe. 21 For a certain appointed time, 22 We determined, how excellent a Determiner are We! 23 Woe unto the repudiators on that day! 24 Have We not made the earth a receptacle. 25 for the living and the dead, 26 and did We not firmly fix towering mountains on it and give you sweet water to drink? 27 I CALL TO WITNESS those who are sent consecutively, 28 Walk on to that which you called a lie. 29 "Move towards the shadow of the smoke having three branches." 30 "(Which yields) no shade of coolness, and is of no use against the fierce Blaze. 31 Verily it shall cast forth sparks like unto a castle. 32 which seem as though they are yellow-coloured camels. 33 Woe, that Day, to the deniers. 34 On that day they will not be able to speak, 35 neither be given leave, and excuse themselves. 36 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 37 That will be a Day of Sorting out! We shall gather you together and those before (you)! 38 So if you have a plot, use it against Me (Allah)! 39 Ruin is for the deniers on that day! 40
