And We have built the heaven with hands (the Divine Power), and it is We Who give the expanse. 47 And the earth, We have made it a wide extent; how well have We then spread (it) out. 48 We created two kinds of all things, so that you will remember. 49 Hasten ye then (at once) to Allah: I am from Him a Warner to you, clear and open! 50 And set not up with God another god; I am a clear warner from Him to you. 51 Thus there did not come to those before them an apostle but they said: A magician or a mad man. 52 Have they handed down (the saying) as an heirloom one unto another? Nay, but they are froward folk. 53 So withdraw from them (O Muhammad), for thou art in no wise blameworthy, 54 And warn, for warning profiteth believers. 55 And [tell them that] I have not created the invisible beings and men to any end other than that they may [know and] worship Me. 56 I seek not any provision from them, nor I desire that they should feed Me. 57 For Allah is He Who gives (all) Sustenance,- Lord of Power,- Steadfast (for ever). 58 For the Wrong-doers, their portion is like unto the portion of their fellows (of earlier generations): then let them not ask Me to hasten (that portion)! 59 And woe to those who have disbelieved from their Day which they are promised. 60
